John C. Hoogeveen III
John is the Founder of The Exchange Inc, and an Adjunct Professor at multiple Christian Universities. He and his family served four years as missionaries to the Caribbean, focusing on evangelism and discipleship, and he is the author of Awakening The Sleeping Giant: A Guide For Living Out the New Testament church. John has earned his BA in Evangelism and MA in Religion: Global Studies and is currently studying for his Ph.D. in Communication: Culture and Media at Liberty University.
John is gifted in teaching and evangelism, with a desire to see that what is taught is biblically sound.
John's main five-fold spiritual gifts are that of the apostle and the evangelist.

Jennifer N. Hoogeveen
Jennifer is the Co-founder of The Exchange Inc. and she served with her husband John and three children in Puerto Rico as missionaries. Jennifer has a passion to use her gifts to impact families for Christ and is a New Born Care Specialist, Birth Dula, and High Profile Travel Nanny, trained through Newborn Care Solutions, and is credentialed through The International Nanny Association.
Jennifer is gifted in pastoring and discernment and desires to see the church live a full life in Christ.

David & Nicole Martinez
David and Nicole are passionate followers of Jesus and have servant hearts. They have three children and reside in North Carolina.
In 2019 David and Nicole helped plant a church in Dorado, Puerto Rico and love connecting with their community through neighborhood outreach events and meeting the needs of their neighbors.
Nicole is gifted in event planning and logistics, putting her whole heart into all she does.
