What We Believe
What We Believe
God, the creator of the universe and everything in it, is the only true God. He represents himself as the trinity of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The Bible is God’s living Word. Inspired by God the Father through the Holy Spirit, written by man, being true in all aspects without error.
Every person is born a sinner on the path to eternal death in need of forgiveness.
God sent his one and only Son, Jesus, born of a virgin, to earth in the form of a man to live a perfect life void of sin, to be the perfect sacrifice needed for our sin by paying the penalty we deserve through dying on a cross and spending three days fully separated from God. Jesus rose from the dead three days later, proving that only Jesus Christ could conquer death.
Only through faith in Jesus Christ, repenting, and being baptized for the forgiveness of our sins are we saved from eternal death and given eternal life.
Our salvation is secure as we continue in our faith in Jesus Christ as the only way to the Father in Heaven.
All believers, young and old, are called to fulfill the commands of Christ, which revolve around loving God and loving one another.
Vision
To increase the church’s effectiveness in entering the world,
bringing Jesus to the lost, hurting, and broken.
Values
Willingly committed to helping local churches increase their effectiveness by meeting their ministry needs, given they are in alignment with Scripture.
Willingly giving up ourselves for someone we love more.
Empowering and equipping the Church to go into the world and make disciples.
Focusing on our obedience to God’s Word as a measurement of success, not numbers.
Living in life that reflects our faith.
Simplicity is key. Less of us and more of Him.
The Word of God is true, even when our reality does not match.
Empowering The younger generations to live out the commands of Christ.
No one spiritual gift is held higher than any other.
Providing space for all the gifts Jesus gave to the church so the church is unified and mature.
Mission
Our mission is to teach, train, and equip local believers with tools to help them live out their faith practically, resulting in a church that reflects what we find in Scripture.
